Free to use, modify, and self-host. If you run a modified version of Nomad as a network service (SaaS/API), you must disclose your entire infrastructure's source code under the same AGPL-3.0 terms.

If your company cannot comply with the AGPL-3.0 source-disclosure requirements, or needs to embed Nomad inside a closed-source product or service, you need a commercial license.

Corporate licenses grant the right to run Nomad in closed environments with dedicated support.
